Everything is going well with the house, and we work on a different project each trip we take. We had the chimney and oil tanks fixed, along with many other items you had pointed out in your inspection report. Your report was very well detailed and I felt it really guided us in the right direction as to what repairs needed to be made. As my fiancee and I are not very familiar with the construction of these older homes I felt you were very informative and knowledgeable on questions we had, and covered other items with pictures and details extrememly well. Hi Walt,
...We've found no suprises thus far and we've remodeled the entire first floor of the house- moved rooms and made the bathroom into 3 seperate closets off of the hall/other 2 rooms and we've redone all of the plumbing- and the garage has been insulated/drywalled. Lots of work but rewarding to have a home that is ours!
